Do you ship International?

Yes we do! (Please see exception list below)

If you are an International customer, please read the International shipping section below before placing an order.

****COUNTRIES WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Phillippenes, Israel, India, Indonesia, Ghana, Nigeria, Korea, Italy.
This is due to chronic lost/stolen/fraudulent order problems. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause legitimate customers in those countries, but we can no longer absorb the costs of these problem orders.
Please note this list of non-shipped to Countries may be added to at any time.  We may also, at our discretion, deny an International order shipment.
If an order is placed from any of the above Countries or a Country where we are unable to fulfill orders to, we will contact you if we will be unable to ship. In these cases, a refund of the entire payment will be sent.

When will my order be shipped?

Monday through Friday, your order will be shipped within 24 hours of order placement! (Friday before 2pm CST USA)  We pride ourselves on super fast shipping!  Most orders will ship the same day!  As avid sewers, we know how it is to be waiting on fabric for a project--so we will ship as fast as possible!  In the event of Holidays and Post Office Closures, your order will be shipped on the 1st available business day.

***Orders placed on Friday after 2pm (CST USA) and on the weekend (CST USA) will be shipped on Monday~in the event of a Holiday or Post Office Closure on Monday, your order will be shipped on the 1st available business day.

What methods of shipping are available?

We ship using The United States Postal Service worldwide. 

UPS is also available worldwide.

Tracking and Delivery Confirmation are available free of charge to all US residents  for orders shipped via USPS and UPS.

The USPS is definitely the most economical form of shipping for International orders.  However, tracking is not available on the US Postal Service's 1st Class Mail International or Flat Rate Products for International Customers (for Canadian customers some parcels now come with Delivery Confirmation see details below under "CANADA SHIPPING RATES").

Packages rarely go lost or missing and the trade off is the savings you get on the shipping rates.  Unfortunately, we are unable to track your order or offer a tracking number.  We have no control over how quickly International packages travel through customs, which may delay the arrival of your order up to 6 weeks or more in extreme cases. 

**If you are an International Customer and would like step-by-step tracking on your order, please choose UPS or USPS EXPRESS MAIL as the method of shipping at checkout.

Do you offer Overnight or Express Shipping?

Yes!  If you need your fabric in a hurry~please feel free to select this option during checkout.

What are the shipping rates?

We want to ship as economically as possible for you!  Actual shipping rates are based on weight and Flat Rate products offered by The USPS~ Our checkout has been set up to combine shipping rates to assure a simple and easy shopping experience for you. 

**FOR TWO FLAT RATE ENVELOPES INTERNATIONALLY and/or MULTIPLE PARCELS: If we are able to ship your order per your shipping method selection more effectively or less expensive by using 1st Class Mail or a smaller parcel for the additional parcel(s) and save you on shipping costs, we always will!  In the event that we can lower your shipping costs, you will receive a refund of any shipping overages.

**PLEASE NOTE** Shipping for KNIT fabrics may alter the below listed rates to a higher amount.  KNIT fabrics are fuller when folded and take up more space in envelopes and boxes.

*Regional Rate Boxes for 10.5 to 16 yards are available for every US State except: WA, OR, HI, AK, NH, VT, ME

** We do not offer local pick up, but if you live in the Houston Metropolitan Area of HARRIS, MONTGOMERY, FORT BEND or BRAZORIA COUNTY, we offer FREE Shipping on orders of $50.00 or more. 

 Please leave a note at checkout that you live in Greater Houston for Free Shipping. **Shipping will be refunded after purchase is made**

CANADA SHIPPING RATES

• International customers are responsible for all customs, duties and taxes assesed on your order.
• Other 1st Class Mail and Express Mail Rates are available, those rates are available at checkout.
• Delivery Confirmation is available on orders over 2 yards shipped to Canada.  PLEASE NOTE: this may or may not provide Tracking along the way, but is not guaranteed. Delivery Confirmation will occur once your package is delivered.
• If you reside in Canada and would like step by step tracking on your order, please opt for UPS  or USPS EXPRESS MAIL shipping at checkout.

These CANADIAN delivery times are *estimates* and can vary.  Please note that estimates are BUSINESS days.  Please do not count the day you placed your order, weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) or Holidays in the delivery time frame.  We unfortunately have no control over how long it takes your package to travel to its destination and through Customs~this may delay your delivery time.  International Mail can arrive in as soon as 5 days or take up to several weeks~we ask for your patience in the International shipping process as there are many factors that can affect delivery times (Customs, weather, backlogs just to name a few).  The Delivery Confirmation offered by The USPS for orders over 2 yards to Canada provides confirmation of delivery--it may or may not provide tracking along the way en route to being delivered.   Packages rarely go undelivered but, if you have concerns about the status of your parcel after checking your shipment number, Canadian Customs is always the best place to start.  9.9 times out of 10 packages are with your Customs Affiliate in line to be processed.

Orders shipped via USPS 1st Class International Mail or Priority International Mail, cannot be tracked once they leave the U.S. 

If you have concerns about the whereabouts of your package once it is shipped and after if has left the US, please contact your local Post or Customs Affiliate to inquire on the status of the package.

9 times out of 10, packages are in your Country with your Customs Department waiting in line to be processed.  Packages rarely go undelivered and typically arrive within the above estimated delivery times.

You may opt for UPS Worldwide Shipping or USPS EXPRESS MAIL during checkout if you would like a trackable package.

• We will always be able to provide you with proof of shipment and will be happy to provide it to you upon request
• We will ship your order out promptly, well packaged to protect it
• We will not overstuff Flat Rate packages so as not to risk it being refused or returned for additional postage further delaying your order
• You will receive an email confirmation of shipment once your order has shipped (please check your SPAM/JUNK folder and/or filter if you did not receive one!)
